Koppar is a junior exploration company established with the purpose of exploring and developing copper, zinc and other mineral opportunities. The Company has a conditional right to acquire mineral exploration projects located in the Trøndelag region in Norway, namely the Løkken Project, Tverrfjellet Project, Grimsdal Project, Killingdal Project and Storwartz Project. The Projects are located in a historic mining area and mining has been previously carried out on several of the projects.

The Company is currently completing an Initial Public Offering to raise funds to undertake a systematic exploration program at the Projects aimed at the discovery of an economic mineral deposit. Exploration programs have been developed to provide the Company with the opportunity to unlock the value from the Projects.
